Exchange
To save your time of waiting for the delivery, we work Exchange as "New purchase and Return the previous order". Please place a new order for the correct item(s).
Your new order will be dispatched in 1 business day and the previous order will be refunded into your paid credit card or PayPal account once we received. Easy and smooth.
*Please note, postage will NOT be refunded (if any), and for "free shipping" orders there will be an $8 handling fee deducted form the refund.
Return
Requirements for Returns:
1. Must include a valid original purchase order number from Ezydigitals.com.au. Purchases made outside of Ezydigitals.com.au must contact respective seller for returns. Returned products must be in new & unused condition with their original packaging.
2. Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless it's Ezydigitals's mistake of sending wrong or faulty items.
Refund:
Quality issue / incorrect item(s) sent: A refund to your original payment card / PayPal will be processed once our team confirm the issue.
Other reasons: Once the item(s) returned to us in a refundable condition (unused & resell condition), we will process the refund as a store credit exclude the postage (if any). The store credit will be validate for 1 year.
